Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of FocusRoom (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and our mobile application. By using FocusRoom, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

You must use the app in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. FocusRoom is designed for personal productivity and is not intended for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.

• •You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
• •You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• •You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to access restricted areas of the app.

Subscriptions & Billing

Premium features are offered through a subscription managed by RevenueCat and billed through the Apple App Store.

• Billing: Payments are processed securely by Apple. We do not store payment information.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled directly by Apple.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of the tasks, lists, and notes you create in the app.

• •Your content is stored securely on Supabase.
• •You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with local laws.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the app in any way, including:

• •Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt app services
• •Uploading harmful or illegal content
• •Using the app for commercial purposes without permission

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the app in a harmful way. You may stop using FocusRoom at any time.

Limitation of Liability

FocusRoom is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any significant changes will be communicated through the app.
